First, customer service (Gaby Chaparo) has been superb and absolutely critical for someone who has no experience in Bitcoin or liquidity pools. The amount of details, software differences, and upgrades since the instructional videos were created is like learning Zulu or some other new language. It’s daunting and can feel overwhelming at times when suddenly the simplest unknown can stop all the forward movement.
However, slowly and patiently, all my questions and requests got answered, usually within a day or so, and it has been absolutely critical for me to continue to take the steps to create liquidity pools. In the last week, I was able to get out of the murky water of rapid learning this new language, set up my first two pools, and could actually stand on the first shore of accomplishment, which took about three months.
I feel encouraged to continue reviewing the instructionals and becoming more familiar with the inner workings to create a confident, passive revenue stream through liquidity pools…
