Here’s Who We Are, What We Do, and Why We Do It
Our mission is to inspire, empower, and equip you to live awesomely.
Our Story
It all started back in the summer of 2008.
That’s when Patrick Riddle, fresh into starting a real estate investing blog, met Trevor Mauch, a fellow investor and entrepreneur.
At the time, Patrick was ready to share all that he’d learned in the real estate investing trenches with the world… and Trevor happened to have a knack for online marketing and sales.
So they banded together to create a home study course called “The Private Money Blueprint” and launched it in May of 2009.
…and that, my friend, is when this company was born. 😊
After a few years working together producing products and services aimed at helping investors recruit private money, Trevor decided to part ways with the company. But don’t worry, he’s gone on to do pretty well for himself.
The next big company milestone came in June of 2015.
That’s when fellow real estate investor and all around great guy, Jp Moses, joined forces with Patrick… and the company rebranded to Awesome REI.
If you’ve experienced one of our educational programs, then you’ve gotten to know Jp pretty well… and you understand how he brings content to life in an actionable and “edutaining” way, as he plays host to each of our programs.

Fast forward to October 2023 – another pivotal milestone for the company – Awesome REI became Awesomely.
A move that signifies a commitment to serving aspiring entrepreneurs with world-class training programs, well beyond the world of real estate investing.
Today, Awesomely is proud to be one of the fastest growing online publishing companies in the United States (per Inc Magazine).
