Flipping land is a lot like wholesaling houses—it’s all about putting the land under contract and then selling that contract to another buyer. This process is straightforward and can be mastered by anyone with a bit of guidance and the right approach.

First things first, you need to find the right piece of land to invest in. There are several ways to track down potential properties:
